The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated - Zeta Beta Chapter of Port Arthur, Texas is driven by a single goal: to do our part in making the world a better place for all.  Our decision-making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high-quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits. Our organization was founded in 1923, and we are celebrating 100 years of service. Our commitment as the members of Zeta Beta, Port Arthur, is to continue to uphold the ideals set forth by our founders. We are ready, willing, and dedicated to excelling in education and serving our community.
